IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL FEDPOFFA HND APPLICANTS
This is to inform all candidates who applied for HND admission to the Federal Polytechnic Offa that screening exercise earlier scheduled to commence on 9th October - 19th October 2017 has been rescheduled for Tuesday 3rd October to Friday 6th October 2017 at the institution main campus (permanent site).
PLS NOTE THAT THERE IS NO FIXED DATE FOR ANY DEPT/FACULTY.
You can come for your screening any day from Tuesday 3rd - Friday 6th October 2017.
Screening starts 9 a.m each day.
You are expected to come with:
* O level result
* ND result (or statement of result and testimonial)
* Birth certificate
* State of origin
* Application slip or print out
* Security form signed and stamped in the court with the guarantor passport affixed on it.
* IT recommendation letter (Letter of completion of IT)

Applicants who are products of FEDPOFFA are enjoined to process and collect their ND original certificates to increase their chances of admission.

This is to announce to all candidates who applied for HND admission to The Federal Polytechnic, Offa that there will be screening exercise for all applicants in the Polytechnic Main Campus as scheduled below:

2017/2018 ONLINE SCREENING EXERCISE FOR ND (FULL-TIME) CANDIDATES

This is to inform candidates who choose Federal Polytechnic, Offa in the JAMB 2017 UTME that the screening will hold from Monday 18th to Friday 22nd September, 2017, in the Polytechnic Main Campus.
Details are as follows:
A. ELIGIBILITY OF CANDIDATES
The following categories of candidates are eligible to participate in the screening exercise.
* All Candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2017 JAMB UTME and who made Federal Polytechnic, Offa as their First and Second Choice Institution are expected to participate in the screening exercise.
B. REGISTRATION AND SCREENING PROCEDURE
All applicants for screening are to visit http://portal.fpo.edu.ng, and make payment of N2,000 with an ATM card that is inter switch compatible between Wednesday 6th and Sunday 17th September, 2017.
Fill required information, including O’level result(s), upload scanned copies of result(s)/certificate(s), state of origin and birth certificate and print out screening summary report. Candidates are required to come with Original and photocopy(s) of their SSCE results and appropriate scratch cards for the screening of their results.
C. Please note that any candidate who fails to participate in the screening exercise will not be considered for admission in the Polytechnic, and any false data entry during the online registration for screening will lead to disqualification of the candidate at any time so discovered.
D. All candidates are enjoined to visit the Polytechnic’s Website www.fpo.edu.ng for appropriate entry requirements for programmes of their choice and other relevant information.
