Reason for checking result online at Fedpoffa Portal

Great Fedpoffa, Make sure to check your last semester result to know if there is any issue. If you have issue with semester result, take to follow steps
1. Visit your department exam officer and seek for guidance on appropriate steps to follow
2. Follow the right protocol to communicate MIS department for any issues on result matter, The procedure varies...you may be prompt to write letter and attach required documents
3. Your Exam officer will present your matter to your HOD, once HOD approved it, then will be transfer via the office of HOD to MIS department or your Exam officer can facilitate the process, submit directly to MIS unit
4. Your exam officer will be in-charge to follow up your request from MIS department
5. MIS will definitely communicate office of The HOD on outcome.
6. Your HOD will inform Exam Officer regards your request from MIS
7. Your Exam officer will later inform you or go back to your exam officer after two weeks from the date you submitted to MIS Unit.
Just Note that Exam Officer at department level is working in collaboration with the Office of HOD. Exam Office is directly under Office of HOD. You can jump protocol by presenting your case directly to your HOD and allow your HOD to instruct Exam Officer on right step to take.
