Many guys don't understand concept behind B. Tech award from Federal Polytechnic Offa with respect to memorandum signed by Federal University of Technology Minna and Federal Polytechnic Offa.

here is ten (10) Point behind B.Tech strategies.

1. Federal Polytechnic Offa will continue awarding ND/HND for applicants that apply for ND or HND programmes.

2. Federal Polytechnic will serve as satellite campus to run B. Tech programmes in affiliate with Federal University of Minna (FUT Minna).

3. There would be visiting lecturers (Visiting professors) from FUT Minna for the sustainability of the affiliate B.Tech program on Federal Polytechnic Offa mini campus.

4. ND/HND students from any citadel of learning in Nigeria can apply for B. Tech admission via direct entry or IJMB or UTME

5. Admission for B.Tech carrying capacity is limited to 50/80 per programmes

6. Federal University of Minna would award B.Tech certificate on completion of degree programmes from The Federal Polytechnic Offa

7. ND/HND and pre-ND programmes remain usual business of The Federal Polytechnic Offa.

8. Exiting students cannot join B.Tech programme except he/she apply via IJMB or UTME or Direct entry and choice Federal Polytechnic Offa as most preferred study campus during screening exercise.

9. Ex-student/alumna can apply for B.tech programmed with respect to admission guideline from Federal University of Technology. The resent B.Tech programmes in not top-up programmes for HND conversion. Federal Polytechnic may introduce conversion in the nearest future unlike KWASU programmes and other conventional universities.

10. Federal university of Technology Minna will start using both physical and human resources from The Federal Polytechnic Offa for B.Tech programmes. This implies that Federal Polytechnic Offa would commence B.Tech programmes in affiliate with Federal university of Technology while waiting National University Commission (NUC) accreditation exercise. Any Universities from abroad (US,UK, Canada, London, South Africa) can run affiliate programmes with Federal Polytechnic Offa if their requirement could be satisfied. Federal Polytechnic Offa is now qualify to run B.Tech Programmes for satisfying requirement for the award of B.Tech program inline with Federal University of Minna. The B.Tech programmed has been approved by Federal university of Minna now subject to NUC approval for full-take off.
