The Nigerian Civil Service consists of employees in Nigerian government agencies other than the military and police. Most employees are career civil servants in the Nigerian ministries, progressing based on qualifications and seniority.
In the citadel of Learning, I have witness a junior offer been rude to his senior colleagues in the same department. Its like a dream when same scenario happened to me by my junior officer in the same unit.
In military service, if such happened to me....the junior officer must serve punishment for 21days and lock-up in the guard room....Shameful ..this is academic setting not military an service and displace of superiority.
