The admission
guideline is simple for the qualified officers in charge. According
yesterday story about a department with a single scream (a scream is 30
students) 15 list on first batch and 15 on second batch...supplementary
list is for admission shortfall. I want you guys to understand why
Fedpoffa will never release first and second batch of the admission
instantaneously! Management will cross check number of students
that accept the admission on the first list at the expiration date on
scheduled. The outcome may resulted to shortfall or exalt on demand (to
know if the number required match 15 students on the admission Master
list or NOT). Therefore any shortfall is a plus on the second batch that
will make it exceeded 15 candidates. A supplementary list is offer as a
bridge modality to subtitle for some candidates that may quit admission
after acceptance as a result of many factor (Optional admission,
Financial, admission deffer etc). Many Department has more than one
slot..Some with 2, 3, 4 respective. This a long protocol from
Department, Mission Unit,Management chain....everything end up with
decision making on a long chain...Competition may occurs as a result of
many qualified candidates applied for same course. NBTE is a big boss on
all Polytechnics in Nigeria...The regulate for smooth running of
Polytechnic system in Nigeria. Management follow NBTE guideline because
there is no guide stated to admit all candidates that applied for any
program...If there is excesses, its a must to select according to
requirement. Dear brothers and Sister...Fedpoffa is our pride..Fedpoffa
care for applicant..All departments on both campuses graduate students
every year without interruption. If a department failed to graduate
students, Fedpoffa Management always show her readiness by giving
support to such department in order to meet up with NBTE every year.
