THE SCREENING EXERCISE SCHEDULE FOR HND ADMISSION IS OUT
2017/2018 SCREENING DATES FOR CANDIDATES WHO APPLIED FOR HND ADMISSIONS
This is to announce to all candidates who applied for HND admission to The Federal Polytechnic, Offa that there will be screening exercise for all applicants in the Polytechnic Main Campus as scheduled below:
1. DATE: 9th – 10th October, 2017 SCHOOL : Applied Science and Technology VENUE: 1000 Lecture Theatre
2. DATE: 11th – 13th October, 2017 SCHOOL :Business and Management Studies VENUE: 1000 Lecture Theatre
3. DATE: 16th – 17th October, 2017 SCHOOL: Communication and Information Tech. VENUE: 1000 Lecture Theatre
4. DATE: 18th October, 2017 SCHOOLS: Engineering Technology VENUE: 1000 Lecture Theatre
5. DATE: 19th October, 2017 SCHOOLS: Environmental Studies VENUE: 1000 Lecture Theatre
All candidates are expected to come for screening with all original and photocopies of their certificates/credentials.
Screening interview commence by 9.00am each day.

The Cut-Off Mark for FULL_TIME ND program for any program at Federal polytechnic Offa is 150 according to admission Officer, that the 150 cut-off set for minimum UTME grade score point for any programs at The Federal Polyechnic Offa, Kwara State. All applicants with UTME that applying for ND -Full Time must apply for screening online which mark the beginning of their Post-UTME program entry.
All applicants that made The Federal Polytechnic Offa, the first choice of Institution will be considered once meet the other admission criteria.

2017/2018 ONLINE SCREENING EXERCISE FOR ND (FULL-TIME) CANDIDATES
This is to inform candidates who choose Federal Polytechnic, Offa in the JAMB 2017 UTME that the screening will hold from Monday 18th to Friday 22nd September, 2017, in the Polytechnic Main Campus.
Details are as follows:
ND-FULL TIME SCREENING EXERCISE
A. ELIGIBILITY OF CANDIDATES
The following categories of candidates are eligible to participate in the screening exercise.
* All Candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2017 JAMB UTME and who made Federal Polytechnic, Offa as their First and Second Choice Institution are expected to participate in the screening exercise.
B. REGISTRATION AND SCREENING PROCEDURE
All applicants for screening are to visit www.screening.fpo.edu.ng, and make payment of N2, 000 with an ATM card that is inter switch compatible between Wednesday 6th and Sunday 17th September, 2017.
Fill required information, including O’level result(s), upload scanned copies of result(s)/certificate(s), state of origin and birth certificate and print out screening summary report. Candidates are required to come with Original and photocopy(s) of their SSCE results and appropriate scratch cards for the screening of their results.
C. Please note that any candidate who fails to participate in the screening exercise will not be considered for admission in the Polytechnic, and any false data entry during the online registration for screening will lead to disqualification of the candidate at any time so discovered.
D. All candidates are enjoined to visit the Polytechnic’s Website www.fpo.edu.ng for appropriate entry requirements for programmes of their choice and other relevant information.
