FedpoffaConnect research template design for The Federal polytechnic Offa

Fedpoffa connect is an acronym for emerging units in federal polytechnic Offa Kwara state Nigeria in order to unfold developmental historical  trends and future development  to be embrace. The synergy for system communication is a predomination problem in all units that hindered throughput of the entire system and these has contribute to inaccessibility of facilities that will developed both staff and students carrier. We intend to design cross platforms that will haste communication among students, staffs, school administration, community, student alumina and all departmental units using mobile and web domain that will enable individual to communicate and received prompt reply.
We will collect bio-data of students, staffs and stake holders from all units and department s which to be use for prototype design and development. The design modules will include students log, staffs log, administrative log, visitor logs, stake holder log, units log and departmental log that will be restricted using hierarchy and autonomous remote access. This would be enough to improve communication among staffs and students also motivate communities to receive trusted and authentic information without stress in Federal Polytechnic Offa.
It would take 12 month to prepare, procure needed materials and consultations of all units for needed data, create database then upload data on developed server, testing and provide details report on results obtained. This will cost us about 25, 800,569.00 Naira only and we intend to make this research profitable to Federal Polytechnic IGR and consider staffs and students welfare for easy usage of our innovative research work.
Introduction
The issues of connectivity are a burning trend across the global and have become primary focus in public and private sector for economic deregulation. We observed that end to end communication required effective and response throughput that will drive beneficiary objectives and negative impact of low connectivity had resulted to poor service delivery in a traditional model therefore, rendered communication model redundant. We are able to identify hindrances in web and mobile technology connectivity that resulted to low income due to low responsive cyclic method, and his inferred from a major shortfall on internet marketing optimizer which depend on internet traffics, page ranging, and indexation and friendly platform.
We want a responsive open access directory (OAD) for web and mobile technology using corporate enterprises strategies that will serve as small medium enterprises (SME) with curse to project user desire in a long-run. This initiative to cut across all stakeholders with pure intension to promote learning, research and development (R & D) through transparent model for routing information using ranking communication protocols. This research was generated form existing tertiary institutions of learning such as USA, Canada, China, India where educational development depend of self motivation and incentive initiative programs.
FEDPOFFACONNECT is an applied ICT which is very important in any academic settings especially higher institutions. Thus, Yusuf et-al (2013) appraising the role of information communication technology (ICT) as a change agent for higher education in Nigeria as media for teaching, learning research and deliver services using web application but our proposed research will cut across both web and mobile application since Nigeria mobile global market at reached 105 million and will advance to 182 million target by the end of 2015(NCC 2015; PUNCH 2013).

Methodology
Fedpoffa connect data bank could be collected by direct access to students and staff achieved within Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State Nigeria.  Therefore, we intend to consult student ESTAB Unit, Exam directory, Admission unit, Registry Unit, Sport Unit, Centre of continue Education unit (CCE), MIS unit and departmental units (ie. Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Building Technology, Estate Management, Quantity Survey, Survey and Geofomat, Library and information, Computer Science, Mass Communication, Office Technology, Science and Laboratory Technology, Food Technology, Urban and regional, Mathematic and Statistic, Business Administration, Political Science, and Marketing department) in  various faculties in Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State to collect students, staff, and stake holder data available using data request form format and then process the procured the data in either Microsoft access, excel and Sequential Query Language (SQL) format for design and development of fist prototype.
We will spend five days each during each consultation which will enough to retrieve harmonious bio-data to be use as unified databank for secure authentication on remote access of eligible users and also prevent data access control from hackers and visitors against fraud and impersonation by developing firewall at the from-end and back-end of the collected center databank.
We will develop control structure on user profile within modules to allow intercommunication using hierarchy modules that will allow users to send or receive information by linking with payment gateway that will charge all users as they utilize our research the portal service. Incentive program will be incorporated as added values that will generate IGR for the Federal Polytechnic Offa which will also offer benefit for staffs and students based of their effective usage.
Automation payment system will be developed along with profile verification system that will enable students, staffs, stake holder and The Polytechnic to received payments and this will be schedule on semester bases therefore, publication about the findings, and development would be written.

 Literature Review

The advancement in communication model in industries is non-static as a result of global adoption of web and mobile technology for pilot products and services in a simplified format Wikipedia  (2009).  Internet and computer usage in developing countries like USA, China, Uk, Canada, are becoming available in tertiary institutions, where 99.99% of academic and non academic staffs have access to web and mobile applications. According to Roger G (1999) received 99.95% widespread of ICT across institutions of learning from 1999 to 2014 in developing countries and had increased Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) through integration of policy makers, stakeholders, alumina, community services into web and mobile technology purposeful to improve quality of services and inclined beneficiaries on profitable target through service request service delivery cyclic system (SRSDS) Susan M et-al ( 1999).

The Federal polytechnic Offa developed first web application in 2009 to communicate beneficiaries on institution prospects and services. This has transformed administrative and academic activities on easy access to information communication technology (ICT). The extensive of this research work will provide high internet traffic via responsive feedback mobile and web technology to bridge communication gaps among beneficiaries therefore motivate research and development scope of learning and information initiative in federal polytechnic system.

The international peer to peer review on article, books, and journals for standard publication have strong backbone technology to promote research and development cross the global and this had elevate academic staff from different institutions to contribute to knowledge and solve problems arose in societies (DOAJ 2014).   The used of e-administrative has compensate general acceptance of web and mobile technology to aid transaction, route communication in all sectors of global economics and has bring services to door step of individual therefore, unfold 98% countries gross domestic product (GDP) include Nigeria.

Research Project Description
FEDPOFFA Connect is an innovative research project purposeful for responsive communication network that enable eligible users to derive unflinching benefit from intensive educational service delivery in order to promote their carrier through service charge recycle mechanism that will serves as internal revenue for the system. This proposed development will feature accredited users from difference global position system by accrediting profiles in order to prevent fraud and impersonation acts and provide friendly platform (web and mobile) to exchange files, review documents, perform administrative role, managerial roles, academic role, personal interest, conduct research and development, tracking records, publish of leadership history in different academic perspective, and disseminate crucial information. This research will render services in area of academic calendar, results status, call for research and exhibition programs, publication of academic research and innovative projects, enable interactive chat room among staffs, students, stakeholders within the system, conduct of exam under control measures, open tracking of exams schedules and responsibility tracking among staffs via exam directory,  admission information request and counseling online program, staffs and student advice programs, and lastly clearing and forwarding official documents via secure communication protocols. This will be design and develop in scalable modalities to compensate future development in information technology development
