Entrepreneurship Development Center Project Binding Package At Federal Polytechnic Offa

Binding of student's project at the EDC binding Center
This memo was released on 21st August 2017 from the Office of Directorate of E.D.C. Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State. The HoD(s) has directed all project supervisor to comply with the new guide line.

The content of the memo was stated as follow:
Sir, this is to inform you that the Entrepreneurship Development Centre (Project Binding Unit) is now set for the binding of student project this semester as discussed at an earlier academic Board Meeting.
The procedure is as follows;
(a) Students to submit copies of project to the EDC, after making payment of N450:00 (Four Hundred and Fifty Naira per copy) to Ours Micro-finance Bank Account number: 40300188 (Bank is alreadly at the Centre)
(b) The teller obtained from the bank should be taken to the bursary unit of the centre for copies of clearance form.
(c)  The two clearance forms are meant for the student to keep one and take the other back to the supervisor.
(d) Students will use their copy to collect the bounded copies of project at the specified collection date.
 (e) Supervisors will use their copy for collection of honorarium from the center afterwards. (Honorarium is dependent on the number of student per supervisors).
(f) Collection of copies is within 3 to 4 days after submission.
By this memo,  Head of Academic Department are to inform all project supervisors in their department.
