students for admission 2016/2017 registration modalities. The is inline
with The Federal Polytechnic School Management registration guide for
2016/2017 on the adopted modalities for 2016/2017 registration steps
from start to finish.
FedpoffaConnect Admin (Engr.

online registration and this prompt me to published this article based
on my experience on campus service blogspot. This is to bring awareness
to JAMBITE and Part-Time fresher include old students that had
forgotten FEDPOFFA semester register steps. FedpoffaConnect agreed/

Fedpoffa Management has recently
incorporated TEXT MESSAGING SYSTEM popularly know as SMS alert into
admission web portal unit which prompt applicants on their online
activities ie. admission status, semester registration, change of
password etc. If any successful applicants never receive such text does
not invalidate his/her admission/ stakeholder-ship and this might occurs
as a result of carrier service error which in not in control of
Fedpoffa Portal but path of web protocol.

Service Units.
1. Pay your acceptance fees inline with dead line notice
The
best way to pay for acceptance is to visit cyber cafe or access full
internet service from your laptop/desk top and avoid smart phone which
might cause data transfer error as a result of low bit hardware. Print
out your Admission lettter and clearance from online accordingly.

2. Submit Your Admission Letter with POST STAMP
The
next step after payment of acceptance fees is to submit your admission
letter and clearance form to registry unit at Main campus for signing.
This will enable you to get payment code for remitting school fees via
web portal.
3. Commence registration from your remote login
The
next step after receiving payment code from registry unit is to sign in
for registration using passcode (clearance code) and payment your
school fees, generate online receipt and continue ith semester
registration online. The students (Old and New) must register for 1st
and 2nd semester courses simultaneously to enable the acceptable at
their various departments.

4. Convert Your Bank Tellers to Receipt at the Bursary Unit
All
students (old and new) will visit registry unit to convert banks tells
to school receipt which will be use for verification at Department,
Schools, Directories, and Registray Units respectively.
5. New Student Registration at FEDPOFFA Hospital
The
freshers will visit The Federal Polytechnic Hospital from register and
collect FEDPOFFA Hospial ID Card and successfully pass the requirements
i.e Blood Test,HIV Test and others which will grant then full stay on
campus.
6. Payment for other dues at FEDPOFFA
Its
a tradition to pay for due on campus which is inline with Nigeria
Tertiary Institutions to enable smooth running academic demand on
campus. The students (old and New) will pay dues ie SUG, Departmental
Due, Religion due, State Association Due, Department Association due,
Faculty Due, School Student Due etc to enable them get 100% right on
campus. Few of these due are compulsory with respect to applicant
faulty. All aforementioned due varies from
N1000.00 to
N2000.00 depending of student levels and faculties
7. Directorate of Student Affair Registration Unit
The
student will visit directorate of students affair with original payment
of school receipt and clearance. This will enable them to payment and
get students affair form that will guarantee them as eligible student on
campus. The other benefit cover issuance of Student ID Card, NHIS Card
inline with FEDPOFFA Hospital. Pass-Port size _200 X 200) with red i
required to complete Student Affair Form
8. Departmental Verification Modalities
The
students (old and New) will visit their department to sign some
important documents based on admission creterial. This implies that all
news applicant will tender original documents that will prove profile
match on their application form and admission offer. This document
included Original of O-Level Certificate, State of Origin, O-Level
Testimonial, L.G.A Certificate, ND Certificate or ND last Statement of
result (Option for HND I), IT Letter (Option for HND I) , Birth
Certificate, Faculty of Students affair Due with discharge clearance
form and discharged receipt that cover (Faculty due, School Fees,
Acceptance Fees, SUG due, Dept Due, Dept Association Due, Faculty
Association due, Students affair Due and Form B)
9. Concluding Part of Registration at Registry Unit
The
beginning of registration on campus Start and End with FEDPOFFA
registry unit. The eligible students must have completed the step 1-8
successfully before he/she can submit hard copy of registration kit to
Registry Unit. The students required to make extra three (3) photo-copy
of all discharge receipts, and semester kits before final submission to
registry unit at main campus.
10. Lectures/Practicals Modalities on Campus
The
eligible students that had completed their registration successfully
can join other colleague in campus and work harmoniously for the
academic progress on FEDPOFFA campus. The School calendar was release
online on Nov 7th 2016 which is core platform that blinded all
stakeholders (Students, Staffs, and School Managers), therefore lecture
time table also released inline with school calendar. Lectures begins on
both campuses since 24th Nov, 2016 (Mini and Main Campus). A good and
efficient students should identify their courses and the assign lectures
to avoid miss of venue and attendant on lecture room. Attendant grading
took 10% as major part of Continuous Assessment (CA) for very lectures
inline with NBTE assessment guide and all
lectures/Instructors/Technologist always concord and follow management
decision inline with NBTE guide.
